Find answers to your most frequently asked questions about ordering, payment, pickup, and more. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us directly!

1. Do you offer delivery?

No, we are a pickup-only bakery. All orders must be picked up at our designated location in Watertown, MA. We hope to offer delivery in the future as our business grows!

2. How do I place an order?

You can browse and select your desired items directly on our website. After adding them to your cart, complete the checkout process and transfer payment via Zelle or Venmo. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is finalized.

3. Do you offer catering services?

Yes, we’re happy to provide catering for your special events, such as parties, corporate gatherings, or celebrations. Please email us at reveur.boston@gmail.com with the details of your request (date, quantity, etc.), and we’ll get back to you promptly to discuss options.

4. What ingredients do you use?

We use only the finest ingredients in our desserts, including real vanilla beans and Uji matcha (one of Japan’s top three matcha varieties). Every recipe is carefully tested and refined to ensure exceptional flavor and quality.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes can only be made before the order deadline. The deadline is when we reach our maximum order capacity. To cancel or modify your order, please email us at reveur.boston@gmail.com before the deadline. Be sure to check availability before placing your order. Refunds are only available if the order is canceled before the deadline. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If the payment was made via Venmo, please note that the refunded amount will be the net amount we received after Venmo's transaction fee deduction (approximately 10%).

6. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been verified. The email will include your order details and pickup information.

7. What happens if I miss my pickup time?

We prepare all of our desserts fresh on the day of pickup to ensure the best quality and taste. If you miss your pickup time, please email us at reveur.boston@gmail.com as soon as possible. Rescheduling is only possible within the same day because our desserts are made with fresh ingredients, such as cream, which need to be consumed promptly. For this reason, it’s important to plan your pickup accordingly. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery services, so if you are unable to pick up your order, we recommend arranging for a friend or family member to pick it up on your behalf. 8. When is pickup available?

Pickup is available on select Fridays, depending on our baking schedule. We announce available dates on Instagram (@reveurbakery_) in advance, so please check our latest updates before placing an order.
